Product Introduction
High-Strength Sealing Coating
High-Strength Sealing Coating is a strong surface coating made with high-quality materials and special additives. It is designed for easy brush or spray application, creating a strong bond on alumino-silicate refractory surfaces.
Once dried, the coating becomes very hard and strong, similar to dense firebricks. It improves the sealing performance of industrial equipment, especially in high-pressure environments. When applied to the outside of kilns or pipelines, it helps block heat loss or air from getting in. This leads to energy savings and reduces emissions.
Key Features
- Withstands temperatures up to 1300°C
- Extremely low porosity – almost none
- Strong bonding on large surfaces – won’t crack or peel
- Hardness after drying similar to dense firebricks
- Creates a continuous, high-quality seal
- Blocks convective heat, saving energy
- Works well for both high and low temperature applications
Typical Applications
Perfect for use as a protective coating on equipment in the following industries:
- Steel: Hot blast stoves, pipelines, vertical shafts
- Non-Ferrous Metals: Aluminum melting furnace roofs, carbon baking furnace walls
- Petrochemical: Cracking furnaces, styrene reactors, methanol reformers
- New Energy Materials: Kiln walls for advanced material synthesis
- Ceramics: Tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns
- Heat Treatment: General industrial furnaces, carburizing furnaces
- Glass: Glass furnace structures and external walls
