MIP-E Series Economy Microporous Board is a low-cost, high-performance insulation board that has been widely used in China's cement and aluminum industries. It helps save energy and cut costs, bringing real value to users. Now, Firebird is offering this board to the global market as a reliable and budget-friendly option for industrial kiln insulation.

The board is made with fine inorganic powders at the nano scale, using a fully automated dry-press process. This creates a microporous structure that blocks heat conduction, convection, and radiation. While keeping the ultra-low thermal conductivity found in standard microporous boards, the MIP-E Series also reduces cost, making it a smart choice for furnaces needing both heat control and price savings.

E1000A Microporous Board gives twice the insulation performance of regular ceramic fiber and micro calcium silicate boards. It lasts longer at high temperatures, without turning to powder or losing strength, which means steady insulation over time.
E1000B Microporous Board is an upgraded version of E1000A. It has even lower thermal conductivity—about one-third that of traditional fiber and calcium silicate boards. It’s ideal for projects needing better heat retention and lower energy use.
E1200 Microporous Board is built with advanced nano materials and special additives to block heat radiation. It has a tighter pore structure, better insulation, and works in high heat—up to 1200°C. It’s perfect for high-temperature industrial jobs that need strong insulation and long-lasting use.
